From the date of its publication, any reference to the \u201cMongoyia Service Agreement\u201d across the platform shall mean this Agreement. The keywords listed before each clause are for your convenience only and do not affect or limit the interpretation of the clause.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"17\">We strongly recommend that you read all clauses carefully, especially those involving <strong>exemption or limitation of liability<\/strong>, <strong>governing law<\/strong>, and <strong>dispute resolution<\/strong>, which are marked in <strong>bold and underlined<\/strong>. If you have any questions, please contact Mongoyia customer support.<\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"19\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd0d-before-you-agree\" data-v-md-line=\"21\">\ud83d\udd0d Before You Agree<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"22\">You should carefully read this Agreement before clicking \u201cI Agree\u201d during registration. By completing the registration process \u2014 including filling in information, reading, and agreeing to this Agreement \u2014 you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms herein, and have entered into a binding agreement with Mongoyia. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop the registration process immediately.<\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"24\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_1-definitions\" data-v-md-line=\"26\">1. Definitions<\/h2>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"28\">\n<li><strong>Mongoyia Platform<\/strong>: Includes the website <code>mongoyia.com<\/code> and its mobile applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mongoyia Platform Services<\/strong>: Services provided by Mongoyia via the internet, including but not limited to the website, app, and future technological forms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mongoyia Platform Rules<\/strong>: All rules, interpretations, announcements, policies, and guidelines published on the platform\u2019s rule center, forums, help center, or groups, whether currently available or released in the future.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mongoyia Website Rules<\/strong>: Specific rules listed on the Mongoyia rule page. <a href=\"about:blank#\">See here<\/a> (link to rules page).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Affiliated Companies<\/strong>: HONG KONG CHUANGKE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"34\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_2-scope-of-agreement\" data-v-md-line=\"36\">2. Scope of Agreement<\/h2>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_2-1-contracting-parties\" data-v-md-line=\"38\">2.1 Contracting Parties<\/h3>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"40\">\n<li>This Agreement is a legally binding contract between <strong>you (the user)<\/strong> and the <strong>Mongoyia platform operator(s)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The operator is the legal entity operating the Mongoyia platform. You may view the operator\u2019s business license and registration information at the bottom of the Mongoyia homepage.<\/li>\n<li>The operator may change due to business adjustments. Any such change will not affect your rights under this Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>If new services are introduced, your use of those services constitutes acceptance of the new operator(s) under this Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>In case of disputes, you may determine the responsible party based on the specific service used and actions taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_2-2-supplementary-agreements\" data-v-md-line=\"46\">2.2 Supplementary Agreements<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"48\">Due to the rapid development of the internet, this Agreement may not cover every scenario. Therefore, the following documents are <strong>integral supplements<\/strong> to this Agreement and have <strong>equal legal effect<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"49\">\n<li>Mongoyia Privacy Policy<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia Legal Statements<\/li>\n<li>All Mongoyia Platform Rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"53\">Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of these supplementary agreements.<\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"55\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-account-registration-and-use\" data-v-md-line=\"57\">3. Account Registration and Use<\/h2>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-1-user-eligibility\" data-v-md-line=\"59\">3.1 User Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"61\">You must:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"62\">\n<li>Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable laws.<\/li>\n<li>Not be subject to international trade sanctions, economic restrictions, or prohibited by any government authority.<\/li>\n<li>Not provide funds, goods, or services to sanctioned entities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"66\">Failure to meet these conditions may result in account suspension and legal liability.<\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"68\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-2-account-information\" data-v-md-line=\"70\">3.2 Account Information<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udccc-account-creation\" data-v-md-line=\"72\">\ud83d\udccc Account Creation<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"73\">\n<li>One user = one account.<\/li>\n<li>Creating an account requires completing registration steps and accepting this Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple accounts or suspicious registration behavior may lead to:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"76\">\n<li>Account freezing or closure<\/li>\n<li>Order cancellation<\/li>\n<li>Service denial<\/li>\n<li>Liability for damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udccc-account-usage\" data-v-md-line=\"81\">\ud83d\udccc Account Usage<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"82\">\n<li>You may log in using your chosen username, email, phone number, and password.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts created before <strong>June 18, 2024<\/strong>, or using previously registered credentials, may have limited functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Your account is personal and must not be shared or transferred without Mongoyia\u2019s consent.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia may suspend services if account usage threatens security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udccc-account-transfer\" data-v-md-line=\"87\">\ud83d\udccc Account Transfer<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"88\">\n<li>Account transfer is only permitted under:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"89\">\n<li>Legal requirement<\/li>\n<li>Court order<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia\u2019s written approval<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with platform rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized transfers will result in liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udccc-real-name-verification\" data-v-md-line=\"95\">\ud83d\udccc Real-Name Verification<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"96\">\n<li>Mongoyia may require real-name authentication for security and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udccc-inactive-account-recovery\" data-v-md-line=\"98\">\ud83d\udccc Inactive Account Recovery<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"99\">Mongoyia may reclaim your account if:<\/p>\n<ol data-v-md-line=\"100\">\n<li>Not linked to a verified real-name account;<\/li>\n<li>No login activity for 6 consecutive months;<\/li>\n<li>No active services or subscriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"104\">After recovery, the account cannot be used to access any Mongoyia service.<\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"106\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-3-registration-information-management\" data-v-md-line=\"108\">3.3 Registration Information Management<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-3-1-accuracy-and-legality\" data-v-md-line=\"110\">3.3.1 Accuracy and Legality<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"111\">\n<li>Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information (name, email, phone, address).<\/li>\n<li>Keep information current to ensure communication.<\/li>\n<li>Username must comply with laws and platform rules. Violations may lead to username removal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-3-2-updates-and-compliance\" data-v-md-line=\"115\">3.3.2 Updates and Compliance<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"116\">\n<li>You must promptly update your information.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia may verify your data as required by law.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to provide valid information may result in:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"119\">\n<li>Service suspension<\/li>\n<li>Re-authentication requests<\/li>\n<li>Termination of service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or false information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"124\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_3-4-account-security\" data-v-md-line=\"126\">3.4 Account Security<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd10-security-responsibility\" data-v-md-line=\"128\">\ud83d\udd10 Security Responsibility<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"129\">\n<li>You are solely responsible for protecting your account and password.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia will <strong>never<\/strong> ask for your password.<\/li>\n<li>Always log out after each session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-v-md-line=\"133\">\n<p data-v-md-line=\"133\">\u2757 <strong>Note<\/strong>: Loss due to phishing, hacking, or sharing your password is your responsibility. Seek legal remedies against third parties.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\u2696\ufe0f-responsibility-for-account-actions\" data-v-md-line=\"135\">\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\u2696\ufe0f Responsibility for Account Actions<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"136\">\n<li>You are responsible for all activities under your account, including:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"137\">\n<li>Signing agreements<\/li>\n<li>Posting content<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing goods\/services<\/li>\n<li>Sharing information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Exceptions apply only if Mongoyia is at fault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f-unauthorized-access\" data-v-md-line=\"143\">\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f Unauthorized Access<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"144\">\n<li>If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Mongoyia immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia will act promptly but cannot guarantee prevention of harm.<\/li>\n<li>No liability unless Mongoyia is legally at fault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"148\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-services-and-usage-guidelines\" data-v-md-line=\"150\">4. Services and Usage Guidelines<\/h2>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-1-browsing-saving-items\" data-v-md-line=\"152\">4.1 Browsing &amp; Saving Items<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"153\">You may:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"154\">\n<li>Browse, search, filter, save, and follow products, stores, or brands.<\/li>\n<li>Add items to cart or wish list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"157\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-2-purchasing-reviews\" data-v-md-line=\"159\">4.2 Purchasing &amp; Reviews<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\uded2-purchasing\" data-v-md-line=\"161\">\ud83d\uded2 Purchasing<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"162\">When purchasing:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"163\">\n<li>Confirm product name, price, quantity, size, specifications, and delivery details.<\/li>\n<li>Verify recipient information. If the recipient is not you, you bear all legal consequences.<\/li>\n<li>Orders are generated automatically upon confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>You and the seller are the contracting parties.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia\u2019s system, rules, and transaction flows form part of the contract and are legally binding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-v-md-line=\"169\">\n<p data-v-md-line=\"169\">\u2696\ufe0f Mongoyia may <strong>close an order<\/strong> if:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"170\">\n<li>The transaction violates platform rules<\/li>\n<li>There is severe imbalance in rights\/obligations<\/li>\n<li>There is malicious behavior (e.g., bulk buying to disrupt order)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"174\">Closing an order = automatic contract termination.<br \/>Refunds will be issued via original payment method.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"177\">You must not:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"178\">\n<li>Engage in malicious purchases<\/li>\n<li>Abuse consumer rights<\/li>\n<li>Disrupt normal trading order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"182\" \/>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\u270d\ufe0f-product-reviews\" data-v-md-line=\"184\">\u270d\ufe0f Product Reviews<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"185\">You may leave public reviews after a transaction.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"187\"><strong>Review Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"188\">\n<li>Must be <strong>legal, objective, truthful<\/strong>, and related to the product\/service.<\/li>\n<li>Must <strong>not contain<\/strong>:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"190\">\n<li>Obscenity, pornography, violence<\/li>\n<li>Defamation, threats, spam<\/li>\n<li>False advertising or fraud<\/li>\n<li>Hate speech or discrimination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Anonymous reviews are allowed if you wish to protect identity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"196\">Mongoyia may remove or block inappropriate reviews per platform rules.<\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"198\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-3-dispute-resolution\" data-v-md-line=\"200\">4.3 Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"available-channels\" data-v-md-line=\"202\">Available Channels:<\/h4>\n<ol data-v-md-line=\"203\">\n<li>Direct negotiation with the other party<\/li>\n<li>Use of Mongoyia\u2019s dispute mediation service<\/li>\n<li>Mediation by consumer associations<\/li>\n<li>Complaint to government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Arbitration (if agreement exists)<\/li>\n<li>Filing a lawsuit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83e\udd1d-platform-mediation\" data-v-md-line=\"210\">\ud83e\udd1d Platform Mediation<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"211\">\n<li>If you use Mongoyia\u2019s mediation service, you agree to abide by the decision made by customer service or crowd jurors (\u201cmediators\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>You may withdraw from mediation and pursue other legal options.<\/li>\n<li>However, <strong>you must comply with the mediation decision<\/strong> until a final legal ruling is made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-v-md-line=\"215\">\n<p data-v-md-line=\"215\">Note: Mediators are ordinary users and not professionals. They are not liable unless grossly negligent.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"217\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-4-information-sharing\" data-v-md-line=\"219\">4.4 Information Sharing<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"221\">You may use features like Q&amp;A, forums, live streams, comments, and group chats to share experiences.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"223\">Allowed formats: text, images, video, audio, emojis, symbols.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"225\"><strong>You must ensure all content complies with laws and this Agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"227\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-5-trade-restrictions\" data-v-md-line=\"229\">4.5 Trade Restrictions<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"231\">You agree to comply with all <strong>export controls, trade sanctions, and economic restrictions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"233\">Do not:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"234\">\n<li>Resell goods\/services in violation of laws<\/li>\n<li>Transfer technology without proper authorization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"237\">Violation may result in:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"238\">\n<li>Order closure<\/li>\n<li>Account penalties<\/li>\n<li>No liability assumed by Mongoyia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"242\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-6-fees\" data-v-md-line=\"244\">4.6 Fees<\/h3>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"246\">\n<li>Most services are currently <strong>free<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If fees are introduced in the future, Mongoyia will:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"248\">\n<li>Notify you in advance via official channels (per Section 8)<\/li>\n<li>Allow sufficient time to opt out<\/li>\n<li>Ensure your right to choose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"252\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_4-7-limitation-of-liability\" data-v-md-line=\"254\">4.7 Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"256\">Mongoyia is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for failures or delays caused by:<\/p>\n<ol data-v-md-line=\"258\">\n<li><strong>Force Majeure<\/strong>: Natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Third-Party Issues<\/strong>: Power outages, network failures<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Maintenance<\/strong>: Routine or emergency maintenance, security updates (provided Mongoyia acts in good faith)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udce2-note-on-content\" data-v-md-line=\"262\">\ud83d\udce2 Note on Content<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"263\">\n<li>Information on Mongoyia is user-generated.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoyia does <strong>not pre-screen<\/strong> every product or service.<\/li>\n<li>You are advised to <strong>exercise caution<\/strong> when evaluating quality, safety, legality, or accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\u2696\ufe0f-mediation-disclaimer\" data-v-md-line=\"267\">\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\u2696\ufe0f Mediation Disclaimer<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"268\">\n<li>Mediators make decisions based on general understanding.<\/li>\n<li>They are <strong>not liable<\/strong> unless acting with <strong>gross negligence or intent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"271\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_5-user-data-protection-and-authorization\" data-v-md-line=\"273\">5. User Violations &amp; Penalties<\/h2>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_6-1-violation-determination\" data-v-md-line=\"352\">6.1 Violation Determination<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"353\">You are considered in breach if:<\/p>\n<ol data-v-md-line=\"354\">\n<li>You violate any law or regulation<\/li>\n<li>You violate this Agreement or its supplements<\/li>\n<li>Your behavior is flagged by system analysis (e.g., abnormal data patterns)<\/li>\n<li>You fail to explain suspicious activity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"359\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_6-2-penalties\" data-v-md-line=\"361\">6.2 Penalties<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd32-content-removal\" data-v-md-line=\"363\">\ud83d\udd32 Content Removal<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"364\">\n<li>Illegal or violating content may be <strong>deleted or blocked immediately<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd32-account-restrictions\" data-v-md-line=\"366\">\ud83d\udd32 Account Restrictions<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"367\">\n<li>Account deduction points<\/li>\n<li>Partial or full service suspension<\/li>\n<li>Deduction of penalty fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"371\">For <strong>serious violations<\/strong>, Mongoyia may:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"372\">\n<li><strong>Suspend or terminate your account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd12-financial-controls\" data-v-md-line=\"374\">\ud83d\udd12 Financial Controls<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"375\">In cases of fraud, counterfeiting, account theft, or security risks, Mongoyia may:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"376\">\n<li>Freeze funds<\/li>\n<li>Block withdrawals<\/li>\n<li>Stop payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udce2-public-disclosure\" data-v-md-line=\"380\">\ud83d\udce2 Public Disclosure<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"381\">Mongoyia may publicly display:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"382\">\n<li>Penalty records<\/li>\n<li>Legal rulings against you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"385\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_6-3-compensation\" data-v-md-line=\"387\">6.3 Compensation<\/h3>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"389\">You agree to compensate Mongoyia and its affiliates for:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"390\">\n<li>Direct and indirect losses (e.g., legal fees, settlements, reputational damage)<\/li>\n<li>Payments made to third parties due to your actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"393\">Mongoyia may:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"394\">\n<li>Deduct compensation from your account balance or deposit<\/li>\n<li>Use its own funds to cover costs, which you must repay<\/li>\n<li>Offset debts across other agreements with you<\/li>\n<li>Pursue further legal action if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"399\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_6-4-special-clauses\" data-v-md-line=\"401\">6.4 Special Clauses<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udcb0-anti-bribery\" data-v-md-line=\"403\">\ud83d\udcb0 Anti-Bribery<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"404\">Offering gifts, cash, travel, or favors to Mongoyia employees or consultants that exceed normal business norms constitutes <strong>commercial bribery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"406\">Consequences:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"407\">\n<li>Immediate termination of cooperation<\/li>\n<li>Penalty fees based on actual losses and reputational damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd17-cross-agreement-enforcement\" data-v-md-line=\"410\">\ud83d\udd17 Cross-Agreement Enforcement<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"411\">If you seriously breach this Agreement, Mongoyia may:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"412\">\n<li>Suspend or terminate other agreements with you<\/li>\n<li>Notify you via Section 8 methods<\/li>\n<li>Apply cross-platform penalties as allowed by other contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"416\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_7-agreement-modifications\" data-v-md-line=\"418\">7. Agreement Modifications<\/h2>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"420\">Mongoyia may update this Agreement to:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"421\">\n<li>Comply with legal changes<\/li>\n<li>Protect user rights<\/li>\n<li>Maintain platform order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"425\">Changes will be notified via:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"426\">\n<li>Website announcement<\/li>\n<li>Email\/SMS<\/li>\n<li>In-app messages (Section 8)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"430\">You may:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"431\">\n<li>Review changes before they take effect<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback (may be considered)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opt out by stopping service use before the effective date<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-v-md-line=\"435\">\n<p data-v-md-line=\"435\">If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"437\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_8-notices\" data-v-md-line=\"439\">8. Termination of Agreement<\/h2>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_9-1-termination-scenarios\" data-v-md-line=\"477\">9.1 Termination Scenarios<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\u2705-by-you\" data-v-md-line=\"479\">\u2705 By You:<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"480\">You may terminate by:<\/p>\n<ol data-v-md-line=\"481\">\n<li>Using the self-service account deletion tool (if eligible)<\/li>\n<li>Stopping use before a new agreement takes effect<\/li>\n<li>Explicitly stating your intent to discontinue service<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\u274c-by-mongoyia\" data-v-md-line=\"485\">\u274c By Mongoyia:<\/h4>\n<p data-v-md-line=\"486\">Mongoyia may terminate if you:<\/p>\n<ol data-v-md-line=\"487\">\n<li>Breach this Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Steal accounts, sell fakes, scam others<\/li>\n<li>Repeatedly violate rules with serious impact<\/li>\n<li>Have your account reclaimed (per Section 3.2)<\/li>\n<li>Engage in fraud, IP infringement, or illegal acts<\/li>\n<li>Other severe violations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"494\" \/>\n<h3 data-v-md-heading=\"_9-2-post-termination\" data-v-md-line=\"496\">9.2 Post-Termination<\/h3>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udd10-data-disclosure\" data-v-md-line=\"498\">\ud83d\udd10 Data Disclosure<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"499\">\n<li>Mongoyia has <strong>no obligation<\/strong> to disclose your account data after termination, unless required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\udcc2-mongoyia-s-rights\" data-v-md-line=\"501\">\ud83d\udcc2 Mongoyia\u2019s Rights<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"502\">\n<li>May retain your data per Section 5<\/li>\n<li>May still pursue liability for past violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-v-md-heading=\"\ud83d\uded2-ongoing-transactions\" data-v-md-line=\"505\">\ud83d\uded2 Ongoing Transactions<\/h4>\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"506\">\n<li>For active orders, Mongoyia may:\n<ul data-v-md-line=\"507\">\n<li>Notify the counterparty<\/li>\n<li>Close the order, or<\/li>\n<li>Allow fulfillment if the other party requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You remain responsible for fulfilling valid orders and bearing related costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-v-md-line=\"512\" \/>\n<h2 data-v-md-heading=\"_10-governing-law-dispute-resolution\" data-v-md-line=\"514\">10.
